- Working together for change: using person-centred information for commissioning
The Department of Health worked with a group of councils, providers, community organisations and people using services to test and refine a method for collating and analysing person-centred information for use in strategic commissioning. We called this process Working together for change. - Outcome-focused reviews
A group of disabled people, family carers and people from eight councils have worked together to develop a new way to carry out reviews. This tool is designed to help councils, local people and other key stakeholders to identify what brokerage resources are available in their community, to recognise where there might be gaps and to determine priorities for commissioning.
