Recent policy documents and guidance such as Putting People First; the Social Care Reform Grant; Our health, our care, our say have all recommended authorities to learn the lessons from the Partnerships for Older People Projects (POPP) and other innovative programmes. This section provides tools to assess 'strengths and weaknesses' as well as examples of interesting practice from some of the pilot sites.

We help to improve services and achieve better outcomes for children and families, adults and older people including those with mental health problems, physical or learning disabilities or people in the criminal justice system.
