First personal health budgets interim evaluation report published

The first independent interim evaluation report on the personal health budgets pilot programme has been published by PHBE, the personal health budgets evaluation team.
Based on interviews with project leads, the report "Early experiences of implementing personal health budgets" highlights some of the challenges the pilot sites face, and how they are beginning to overcome them. The report can be downloaded from the PHBE website or via the link below.
PHBE is a partnership between existing research teams at three institutions, led by the personal social services research unit (PSSRU) at the University of Kent.
