HAPPI Tours

In 2009 the Homes and Communities Agency produced the HAPPI report for the Department for Health and the Communities and Local Government department. HAPPI's recommendations were based on analysis of visits made by an expert panel to a broad range of developments which were popular with the over 55s both here in England and in Sweden, Denmark, The Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.

All schemes featured were proposed by Design for Homes, a research organisation which helped produce the report and organised for the expert panel to access each case study.

Design for Homes has since received many requests from individuals and companies to organise a return visit to key developments. In response to this demand, it is offering a limited number of spaces to anyone who would like to visit the schemes on three dates in late June and July

The organisation is acting as a turnkey operator, providing a fully organised itinerary covering travel, accommodation, briefing packs, guides and access so anyone who is keen can simply buy a ticket and join the tour.

There are three tours offered, each at a competitive price.
