We've created a brand new website with all the information and resources to support your implementation of the National Dementia Strategy, and so the Dementia Care Network site has now been closed.

Please visit the Dementia Information Portal , where you'll find key information relating to all 17 objectives of the Strategy , plus updates from your region and the latest news on developments in this area.

We help to improve services and achieve better outcomes for children and families, adults and older people including those with mental health problems, physical or learning disabilities or people in the criminal justice system.
