World class commissioning

These pages contain resources to help commissioners develop the 11 world class commissioning (WCC) competencies. Achieving many of the competencies will depend on PCTs developing effective working relationships with local authorities and other partners.

Some of these resources are also relevant to the eight steps to effective commissioning set out in the Commissioning framework for health and well-being.
